How do I cancel my reservation for Keystone's Children Center?
Please call (800)255-3715 during hours of 8:30- 4pm (MST) any day. A full 24-hour cancellation or change notice is required prior to the first day of the reservation. Without a full 24-hours notice (that is before 10am on the day preceding your reservation), your credit card will be automatically charged for one full day per child. A $20 processing fee will be charged for all cancellations within the 24hr period regardless of reason.
