What happens if my child is unhappy and/or cries all day at Keystone Child Care?
If your child remains unhappy or upset after the initial adjustment period, we will contact you using the telephone numbers provided at check-in. Our staff will continue to work with your child until the Half Day mark and if there is little improvement, you will be asked to pick-up. We usually suggest trying again the following day. We find that checking in early is beneficial to children who need extra time to adjust. It is not an option to leave an inconsolable child at the Children’s Center if our program is not working for him/her. In our recommendations we take into consideration the welfare of the entire group.
