When booking online, look for the stars to tell you a property rating. When booking over the phone, be sure and ask your reservation agent what the LQA rating is for the property.

A platinum property represents the finest accommodations. Furnishings and appointments and all other aspects of the unit are superior in style, design and quality. |

A gold property is both inviting and stylish. The rating refelcts contemporary design motifs and quality appointments. Inventory contained within each room is upscale and in excellent condition. |

Silver properties offer comfortable accommodations with furniture that is gently used. A consistent design is apparent throughout, although units may be a bit older and lacking in finishing touches. |

A bronze property doesn't offer any frills, but an acceptable lodging experience. Furnishing in room are mostly utilitarian, meeting basic expectations. |
